This Privacy Policy explains how MTSR Labs LLC ("MTSR", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit mtsrlabs.com (the "Site") or contact us. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

Data we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, the type of work you need, your timeline, and any notes you add. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we, and our analytics and advertising providers, may collect usage data such as pages viewed, interactions (clicks, scroll depth, video plays), approximate location derived from your IP address (country level), device and browser type, and referral source. We do not knowingly collect special categories of data, and the Site is not directed at children.

How and why we use your data

• To respond to enquiries — handling the contact form and any follow-up correspondence. Legal basis: performance of a contract / our legitimate interest in answering you.
• To measure and improve the Site — understanding how visitors use the Site via analytics. Legal basis: your consent (where required) or our legitimate interest.
• To measure advertising — attributing conversions from Google Ads campaigns. Legal basis: your consent.
• To keep the Site secure and reliable — hosting, logging, and abuse prevention. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

Consent and analytics

In the EU, EEA, and UK we load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads under Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you accept via our cookie banner. Visitors outside those regions are treated as having consented to standard analytics and are not shown the banner; you can still opt out at any time (see the Cookies Policy).

Who we share data with

We use the following processors, who act on our instructions:

• Google (Google Ireland / Google LLC) — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
• Resend — delivery of contact-form emails to our inbox.
• Vercel — hosting, content delivery, and edge geolocation used to decide whether to show the cookie banner.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

• Contact enquiries — retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted.
• Analytics data — retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
