Privacy notice for the Meta advertising app

About this app

MTSR Labs LLC (“MTSR Labs”, “we”, “us”) uses an internal advertising management tool registered with Meta as Leiter Agency Ads, app ID 618901606130347.

This notice covers information processed through that app to manage and report on advertising accounts that we are authorized to access. It supplements our website privacy policy.

Information we process

Depending on the permissions and assets made available to the app, we process:

• Advertising account and business identifiers, names, currency, time zone and account status.
• Campaign, ad set and ad settings; ad copy and creative assets; destinations and tracking parameters.
• Advertising performance information, including spend, impressions, clicks and reported conversion or messaging counts, together with available aggregate reporting breakdowns.
• Authorization information, access credentials and operational records needed to access approved accounts, verify changes and resolve technical issues.
• Information you send us when requesting support, access changes or deletion.

The current integration does not retrieve individual lead-form submissions or read private Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp conversations. Reported messaging counts do not include the contents of those conversations.

How we use information

We use this information to manage authorized advertising activity, prepare and verify changes, produce reports, investigate account or measurement issues, and maintain records of actions taken.

AI-assisted tools may be used to review advertising records and prepare operational work. Information shared for those tasks is limited to the records needed for the task and should not include access credentials.

We do not sell Meta Platform Data or use the app to build unrelated profiles of individual ad viewers.

Access and service providers

Access is limited to authorized people working on the relevant advertising accounts. We may use service providers for storage, technical support, communications and AI-assisted operations.

Meta also processes information under its own terms and privacy policies. Other providers may process information outside your country. The applicable arrangements depend on the service and provider involved.

Client advertising records may be processed on the client’s instructions. Where a client is responsible for the information covered by a request, we coordinate the response with that client.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the authorized advertising work, reporting, troubleshooting or required records. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified. Requests to delete Meta Platform Data are handled as described below, subject to any legal requirement to retain specific records.

We restrict access to account information and keep credentials separate from public website content. Advertising changes are scoped and checked against the intended account and objects.

Requests and deletion

You can contact hello@mtsrlabs.com to request access, correction or deletion of information processed through this app, or to ask about an account’s connection.

Include enough information to identify the relevant business or advertising account and your relationship to it. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details.

Our data-deletion instructions explain the request process. Removing an app connection does not by itself establish that all previously stored records have been deleted; you can request deletion directly.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the app’s functions or data practices change. The published version will show its effective date.
