Request deletion of Meta app data

These instructions apply to the advertising management app registered with Meta as Leiter Agency Ads, app ID 618901606130347, used by MTSR Labs.

Send a request

Email hello@mtsrlabs.com with the subject “Meta app data deletion”.

Include:

• Your name and contact email.
• The business or advertising account concerned, including its Meta account ID if you know it.
• Your relationship to that business or account.
• Whether you want stored app data deleted, access disconnected, or both.

Send only the information needed to identify the request. Do not include passwords, access tokens or payment-card details.

What happens next

We review the request and, where necessary, ask for information to verify that you are authorized to make it. We then identify the app records concerned and delete the data within our control, subject to any legal requirement to retain specific records.

If the relevant client controls the records or approval is needed from the advertising account owner, we coordinate with them. We explain any applicable retention requirement or other limitation and confirm the outcome.

Disconnecting the app stops the relevant access once the connection is revoked. It does not automatically delete an advertising account, its campaigns, a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, or information held independently by Meta.
